MEXICAN COOKING FOR GRINGOS

FILET ( o SOLE mio ) AU GARLIC.
A simple dish with lots of flavor, which is prepared quickly. FOR 6 SERVINGS 6 fish fillets Salt to taste Pepper, to taste 1 lemon, juiced 2 sprigs parsley, chopped 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced Oil canola, to taste 30 MINUTES PREPARATION Season the fish fillets and dip them in lemon juice. Marinate 15 minutes. While marinated, chopped parsley, and cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic. Cook on medium until light brown. With a Ladle, remove the garlic . Fry the fish fillets in the same oil, half light, on both sides, about two minutes per side. Serve on a plate, sprinkled with parsley, Then add the ( pretty ones ) Garlic slices , Serve with white rice, lettuce and sliced lemons for decoration .
